I finally got my hands on Animal Crossing: New Horizons!
I finally got my hands on Animal Crossing: New Horizons!
The New Horizons 2006 probe is now nearing it's flyby of Pluto. So far, there are some pretty cool new images of Pluto popping up, and people are just now naming the cool geologic features. It should start transmitting back much more high resolution photos after a close fly by, I think in a day or a few days.
For if you find my bones wherever you roam,
I request you return them to my faithful home,
for in my journal you shall find,
my every thought and adventure since the dawn of my time,
bring it home to those I hold dear,
so they may cherish and sing my song once more.
So I'm trying something a little different with this post. As I write and develop my stories I have a tendency to write up a fair amount of documentation on the development process as a whole, the vast majority of which never gets seen. So I figured that sharing little snippets of that documentation every once in a while would be a productive way of getting it out there.
For volume 1 I'll be focusing on the larger theme behind New Horizons that has definitely gone over people's heads.
Sorry for the delay on this one, had some stuff come up but I finally found time to finish it. This one’s got a mix of slice of life and lore stuff, and some of it will play a larger role in the story itself going forward.
Firstly, happy Halloween! the best holiday in my personal opinion
If you didn't catch it, Stardust got a secret unplanned Midnight update. I hadn't planned to release one this month, but realized I had most of the chapter framed out and set up, so decided to take a break from my other main project and give it some attention. November should see another chapter release if all goes well.
Time’s been flying by almost too fast it feels. Lots of life stuff still getting me down, but I’m trying to keep more upbeat lately. October is one of my favorite months of the year, and coincidentally that’s the month I have a lot of big things planned for at least two stories, both of which are passion projects of mine.
So, I've repeatedly plugged the Writeoffs before. (If this "Writeoff" thing is news to you, I urge you to click one of those links — which contain much more comprehensive sales pitches for how they can improve your writing, make you friends, gain your stories popularity, and cure cancer.) I'm speaking up because it's that time again: on
Mostly made because I've been enjoying how the Doom and Animal Crossing fanbases are supporting each other's release and hanging out.
